So, it is important to keep track of what you do in a month, hour, day or just time in general as time is a commodity that cannot be bought back unless you have a time machine.
With that being said, one way to do so is to keep a journal to measure how your time is being spent and what I love using to do so is through the Erin Condren Planner.

Those are just some ideas I see others use the stickers for, personally I love using the stickers to mark if I fail for the day or pass the day so I like using those green and red transparent circle stickers.
So, at the beginning of the planner where the calendar section is at I would stick a red sticker if I fail for the day or a green sticker if I pass the day.
I also love the use of sticky notes, it helps me create more space to write something in a page or I would also use it to correct a plan that went wrong so that my planner looks clean and not messed up with scribbles around it correcting plans that didn't go my way.
